Who we are

Volundr AI, Inc. (“Volundr,” “we,” “us”) is a Delaware corporation based in Houston, Texas. We make Odin, operations software for building-products distributors that runs inside the customer’s own Snowflake account. You can reach us at hello@getvolundr.com.

This website

This site describes our products and lets businesses reserve a founding partner slot. Product examples on the site use a fictional company. Pricing and features may change before you sign an order form.

Founding partner reservations

• A reservation costs $2,500 and holds your place in line for a founding deployment. Deployments are scheduled in the order reservations are paid.
• Your reservation is fully refundable until your deployment start date. See the refund policy.
• When your subscription starts, the $2,500 is credited to your first invoice.
• A reservation is not a subscription. Your subscription is governed by a separate order form and subscription agreement you sign before deployment. If those terms and these terms conflict, the signed agreement controls.
• If we can’t serve your business, we will cancel your reservation and refund it in full.
• Reservations are for businesses only. By reserving, you confirm you are authorized to act for the business you name.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number or bank account details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees, term, cancellation, data handling and support are set out in your signed order form and subscription agreement. Snowflake usage in your account is billed to you directly by Snowflake under your agreement with them.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse this website: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Our content

The text, design and code of this site belong to Volundr. Product and company names of others belong to their owners, and their mention does not mean they endorse us.

No warranties for the website

This website is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the website, and our total liability arising from the website or a reservation is limited to the amount you paid us for that reservation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes don’t affect a reservation you have already paid without your agreement.
