Privacy Policy

Draft for legal review. This policy takes effect when Volundr AI, Inc. is formed and online reservations open.

The short version

We collect the little we need to talk with you and take a reservation. We don’t sell personal information. Your operating data stays in your own Snowflake account, not ours.

What we collect

When you email us: your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to write.
When you reserve: Stripe collects your payment details. We receive your name, business name, email, billing address, the amount paid, and limited payment details such as the card brand and last four digits or the bank name.
When you visit: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when it serves them.

Customer data in Odin

Odin runs inside each customer’s own Snowflake account. Orders, emails, photos and other operating data stay in that account. Volundr does not receive them unless the customer chooses to share specific records with us, for example to fix a problem. That handling is covered by the customer’s subscription agreement.

How we use what we collect

To answer you and schedule demos and deployments.
To take, credit and refund reservations, and to keep the records the law requires.
To protect the site and our business from fraud and abuse.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe for payments, our email provider and our website host, under their own privacy and security commitments. We may disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep contact details while we have a business relationship with you, and payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your choices

Email hello@getvolundr.com to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.

Security

We use encrypted connections, limit access to the people who need it, and never store full card or bank numbers.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
