Refund Policy

Draft for legal review. This policy takes effect when Volundr AI, Inc. is formed and online reservations open.

Founding partner reservations

Your $2,500 reservation is fully refundable at any time before your deployment start date. No questions asked, and no fees deducted.
To get a refund, email hello@getvolundr.com from the address you reserved with. We send it back to the card or bank account you paid from within 10 business days.
Once your deployment starts, the reservation is credited to your first invoice and is no longer refundable on its own.
If we can’t serve your business or can’t schedule your deployment, we refund the reservation in full.

Subscription fees are billed monthly. A month that has been billed is not refundable, except as your signed order form says.
After your first 12 months, you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
Snowflake usage is billed by Snowflake under your agreement with them, so refunds for it are handled by Snowflake.
